US EXCHANGES & RETURNS


We accept EXCHANGES within 15 days of delivery. In order to be considered for an Exchange, the Tokenframe/s must be in brand-new, working condition and still have all of the original packaging materials and box that came with it/them. If the Tokenframe/s appear to be used or do not have the complete packaging materials in their original condition, then the Tokenframe/s are no longer eligible for an Exchange. Our products are inspected for quality several times before they are packaged, so in the rare case that the product arrives damaged due to shipping handlers, please reach out to us and we will rectify the matter. Exchanges are subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Please note, you (the customer) will be paying for return shipping both ways in an Exchange. To initiate an Exchange, please reach out to support@tokenframe.com

If the Tokenframe/s appear to be used or do not have the complete packaging materials in their original condition, then the Tokenframe/s are no longer eligible for a Return. There is a 10% restocking fee per item (based on MSRP) that is deducted from the refund. *Original shipping costs and return shipping are non-refundable with Returns. We are firm on this policy. We reserve the right to deny a refund due to damage or unsatisfactory packaging condition. 

Once your Return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item. Given that the Tokenframe/s adhere to the policies stated above, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The original shipping costs will not be included in the refund that will be issued.
